LGBT+ developer MidBoss is launching its third annual Season of Pride celebrating diversity in gaming. Taking place on the MidBoss Twitch channel from 1 July to 31 July, the event will be raising funds for LGBT+ charities such as Trans Lifeline, The Trevor Project, and GaymerX.
Twitch streamers will be streaming for the event, in the hopes of beating last year’s fundraising total of $25,000. The list includes the likes of 8BitDylan, DEERE, MiaByte, Jeff Brutlag, UrbanBohemian and SlicedRaven, who will be playing games with inclusive and thoughtful representation of queer characters and themes, from Dead by Daylight and The Sims 4, to modern indie classics like Sayonara Wild Hearts, Later Daters and Arcade Spirits.
